- 1.5 lbs Salmon
- 1/3 c green bell pepper
- 1/2 c red onion
- 1/2 c celery
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1/3 c red bell pepper
- 1/3 c yellow bell pepper
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
Saute veggies until soft then cool.
Cook salmon and cool. After cooled add
all ingredients together & add two eggs.
Mix well & refrigerate until cold and set up.
Form patties & fry until golden brown.
