Salmon Cakes                 

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon               
  • 1/3 c green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c red onion
  • 1/2 c celery
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1/3 c red bell pepper
  • 1/3 c yellow bell pepper
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese
Saute veggies until soft then cool.
Cook salmon and cool. After cooled add 
all ingredients together & add two eggs. 
Mix well & refrigerate until cold and set up.
Form patties & fry until golden brown.
